Prepopulate CPA Offers and Build Email List

This method I have been running and tweeking for over 3 months now and has been paying off regularly from the get go. I was actually learning list building when I ran across this. This strategy creates profit while at the same time builds a huge list of subsribers using permission email marketing with Aweber. Just after a few weeks I was amazed how powerful it really was so enjoy. The basic strategy is to create a niche squeeze page and insert the Aweber form that will redirect the subscriber to a prepopulated CPA offer.

It looks like this:

Visitor —> Fills in Aweber Form —-> gets redirected to prepopulated CPA form —-> clicks continue = $$$ plus a potential new subscriber.

Permission email marketing simply means that once the user enters their email into my Aweber form, they will have to check their email to confirm they want to subsribe to my list. This prevents a lot of hassle down the road once we have build a huge list of milllions. For example, there will much less SPAM complaints as long as I offer my list what I promised.

Now, the way I profit is by setting up the form on my landing page to redirect to CPA 'e-mail submit' offer and prepopulate it with the person's email so they do not have to re-enter their email they only have to click continue = you get paid.

I checked with my affiliate managers and asked for a list of good email submit offers that allow prepop and got the code from them to put into the Aweber form. It's simple, and the example I will use will be the Neverblue offer for a free $500 gift card from Walmart.

Step 1:

Set up the list details and then create the form on your Aweber account.

Step 2:

In the form settings change the "thank you page" to a custom page, then enter the affiliate link to the offer plus you have to add some code to the end of it. The code will differ for most networks, and offers so you may have to contact your affiliate manager to get the instructions. Here is the url to use Aweber to prepop a neverblue offer:

http://www.[affiliatelink].com&email={!email}

&email= is the Neverblue part of the code and the {!email} is the part telling Aweber to insert the email address into that url. So now when the user fills in their e-mail on my squeeze page they will click confirm and the thank you page will be a Neverblue offer for a free $500 gift card that all the user has to do is click continue, since their email is already put into the form = you will get paid.

Email submits are usually paying about $1 but the thing is though, you can create your Aweber form to collect whatever information you want. So if you have a CPA lead offer that requires name, email & address you can simply use the same strategy to prepopulate that offer which will probably create more profit.

All you will need to do is add the proper code to the end of the affiliate url and put it into the custom thank you page field on your Aweber form settings.

Getting People To Subsribe to the Permission Email Marketing

The permission email marketing component of this strategy is where it gets tricky. You have to design your landing page to entice the person not only to continue on to get the free gift card but to also check their email to confirm they want to subsribe. How do you do that?

Well this takes a lot of testing but here is a basic strategy...

Your landing page should offer the user something very enticing for free that they will get in their email inbox. That should be the main focus of your landing page. Then your secondary enticing offer will be the free $500 gift card. This will definately require testing depending on your offer but you could say something like:

Get a Free (Something) By Entering Your Proper Email Below So We Can Send It To You Now

"If You Enter Your Email Today You Will Also Get Access to a Bonus $500 Gift Card From Walmart!"

Simply Enter Your Email Below, Click continue on the next page to access the $500 gift card, then check your email for your free (something).

Well hopefully this helps define what prepop can do for you, and when used with permission email marketing this strategy can generate a profit, while building an extremely more valuable list of subscribers!

Importance of Tracking PPV Campaigns

PPV Bidding Wars!

As I mentioned earlier, PPV networks are based on CPV bid prices. You are essentially bidding against other advertisers for traffic on a given keyword. Like any other free market economy things can get pretty competitive and vicious. You will often find yourself getting caught up in bidding wars with other advertisers for the lions share of traffic. If you take the above profitability equation you will have more restraint to this emotional war by knowing exactly how much the keyword is actually worth to you.

Several of the PPV networks have a built in proxy bidding option which will let your bids automatically adjust to the current competition in the network. You can very easily set all of the highest bid prices you are willing to spend on a keyword and not need to watch your campaigns minute by minute. Doing this will save you tons of time and money in the long run.

Tracking is just one small part of PPV Internet Marketing, but it's probably one of the most crucial parts in my opinion. Setup your tracking correctly and not only will you be making a ton of money, you'll be making a ton of money efficiently.

The biggest mistake you can do is to spend your hard earned money blindly and not track every single keyword you are purchasing. All PPV networks operate off a bidding system. You are bidding on individual keywords on a CPV (cost per visitor) scale. Each time your ad is shown your account is debited that amount. You need to be able to monetize each view as efficiently as possible. The only way to do this is to track by keyword.

The way that you go about tracking each keyword varies, but the two most common ways are: Pixels (from the PPV network) and Subid tracking.

Pixel Tracking and/or Conversion Tracking

Each PPV company has a different name for this, but what you want to look for is a snippet of code that you place on the confirmation page of the site you are driving traffic to. This code snippet interacts directly with the software that the different PPV networks utilize and tracks back to their database the exact keyword(s) that led to the conversions. It is crucial that you place this on the correct page or you will get false conversions and that will throw off your entire profitability calculation.

Once you have the pixel placed, you will then be able to pull reports from the PPV network login and see exactly which keywords are leading to conversions and more importantly which ones aren't. The keywords that aren't providing any conversions are the ones that you need to get out of your campaign as soon as they have had a good amount of test traffic (this amount varies from advertiser to advertiser).

Subid Tracking

Subid tracking is simply when you associate one URL with a unique parameter value to a keyword. In traditional internet marketing settings this would commonly be used to track different creatives on a website. In the case of PPV, you will be using it to track the individual performance of keywords. This is often seen when you are working with Affiliate networks where you can launch X amount of subids within their system and they will track back the conversion to those subids.

The links may looks something like this:

http: //www. example.com/ ?subid= kw123

http: //www. example.com/ ?subid= kw124

etc...

You will need to load up individual ads within the PPV network that you are working on which can be very cumbersome, but most have a bulk upload option. If it is not clearly stated on their website it's something that you can ask for.

What to do with the data?

Once you have the conversions by keyword by one of the above methods, you can figure out what your CPA (cost per acquisition) is, this will help you figure out just how much it is costs you to get a sale. The CPA will vary from keyword to keyword and will allow you to figure out which keywords to bid up on.

To figure out your CPA, take the total amount you spent on a keyword and divide that by the amount of sales through the keyword.

You spent $12.35 on the keyword 'mortgage*rate' to get 4 conversions. Your CPA would be $3.08.

You are spending $3.08 to get a lead. The importance of knowing this allows you to calculate your profitability on the keyword.

Let's say now that the lead is worth $12 to you, which means you know have a profit of $8.92. You have room to increase your bids on the keyword 'mortgage*rate' and know the upper limit of what you can bid until you start losing money.

How to Make Money with Less Competitive Offers Using Adwords

Ok we all know adwords can be a tough game to master, but I am going to tell you how I make a killing of PPC and affiliate products the easy way.

Most people who do PPC (adwords) tend to promote popular product ie Acai, Colon Cleanse which an affiliate manager has told them is performing great. However to be competitive in that market your gonna have to pay around a $1.00 min for each click.

Heres the alternative and something i've been doing for the last year, I call it the "promoting the brand" , now many networks have offers in niches that are popular and will always sale ie weight loss, skincare. What you want to do here is find offers in these niches that aint competitive that have a brand name.

Let me give you an example - Lift SP Facelift Cream

Now last year I was making a killing on this offer because while everyone was promoting highly searched and hyped products. I was promoting LiftSP paying $0.10 cent a click for the keyword "LiftSP" and "buy liftsp" being number 1 in adwords .

Now what if I was to tell you I have built a list of around 40 offers like this that am pushing at the moment which all have a brand presence but are not competitive meaning I pay no more than $0.20 per click to be on the first page of adwords. My ROI is crazy on this.
????: Money Maker Discussion Forum http://www.moneymakerdiscussion.com/forum/pay-per-click-ppc/10640-ppc-how-make-money-less-competitive-offers.html#post58735

This is just some food for thought, the moral of the story is you can make money of less competitive products in a big niche.

Make Money Using Google Trends and the Content Unlocker

This method I am about to reveal to you is the most powerful technique that I've found to work the best. You will not always find this method to work daily, but you will be able to use it quite often. This technique is using Google Trends again, writing an article, and then sending the users to your own website using the content unlocker to get leads. When using the content unlocker, you need to make sure that you have some good content that the user will be willing to complete a survey to unlock your page so this method will work well with pictures, videos, downloads, etc. For example, if there was a recent celebrity wedding that took place, lots of people are searching for the wedding pictures, and if you find these pictures doing your search research online, you can add a link to your site which directs the user to these pictures only after they complete a survey from your content unlocker.
In my live example, I am going to show you how you can make a lot of money per day with one particular Google trend search phrase. I saw that there was consistently a lot of searches for "Erin Andrews" a few days in a row which tells me that the topic is very hot. I found in my research on this topic that apparently there was a video that was released on Erin Andrews who is a popular sports caster for ESPN from her hotel room. As I said earlier, if you have the ability to add picture, video, or any kind of download content on your site that people are searching for, you can use the content unlocker technique on your site. Since people were searching for the Erin Andrews video, I created a simple landing page.
You can see the basic setup I used below that only took me a couple minutes to setup. I use Front Page to create my simple landing pages that do not require any professional layout but any website builder or editor should be able to create something easy like that. I always just use an existing domain that I have and then make a sub directory on the particular topic I choose to target. You can see the page below as it's as simple as you can get with a title and a couple pictures I found online. Here's the actual site:
http://fanbrag.com/erin-andrews
The most important thing is to have a noticeable text like I do that shows "Click Here to Play". Instead of making the user click from my home page to a second page that displays the content unlocker, I used a feature that InstantDolllarz allows to delay the content unlocker from being shown right away. This gives the user a quick look at my home page that shows a thumbnail of a video where they can play the video.
The user will see this page for 2 seconds and then it will automatically lock the page from the code that I got using the content unlocker from my InstantDollarz account. The user will then see the page locked as shown below where they will need to complete a survey to unlock the page.
There is a fine line on what topics you choose to setup using the content unlocker and in my research I found that this particular video of Erin Andrews was apparently a peephole tape that someone clearly invaded her privacy with, I chose to not actually host on my site or even give a link to this particular video. As with any type of pictures, video, downloads, etc. using the content unlocker, I never actually put the content directly on my site and instead, just link the user to the particular content. This eliminates any type of liability that I could have by copying the content from someone else's site. So what I did in this particular example was link the user to Erin Andrews videos that were on Google video and from there the user can find anything they want on Erin Andrews.
